Well this is a quite backdated post .. but i wanna share it with everyone .. it is "Pun Choy" or "Layer's of Delights" and by seeing the picture i m sure u all know wat issit .. it is serve in a big stainless steel bowl and the dishes is neatly arrange in layer by layer .. it is meant to serves for 10 pax but honestly is can serves more than that ok .. Since my uncle, aunty & cousins is coming over so my mummy & daddy decided to order this "Pun Choy" and have it at home. We are about 16 ppl and we had it for Lunch and Dinner and yet still got leftovers !! Seriously is HUGE .. those who had it for the 1st time ..will find it very interesting .. but for me i find it is too much of meats but still is worth a try :D

i miss pun choy in HK!! and after 10 minutes, it won't look as nice as this :P for those who are really hygiene conscious, unless eaten with own family, not recommended lor. coz everyone will keep sticking their chopsticks in it
